We are looking for someone who can take charge of the floor with autonomy, judgement and a drive to make every service memorable.

Managing the floor team, coordinating with the kitchen, taking care of guests and supporting the day-to-day operation of one of the most recognised spots in Poble-sec.
What we are looking for
Attitude, judgement and a passion for service.
Previous experience in floor management or a similar role
Ability to coordinate a team and keep pace during service
A warm approach with guests and a sharp eye for detail
Positive energy and a genuine team mentality
Business awareness and a results-oriented mindset
